Christine Comyn
Christine Comyn demonstrated a natural aptitude for painting and drawing at a very young age and refined her artistic talents at the Saint-Luke Academy in Ghent (Belgium). In 1981, at the age of 24, she became an instructor at the Academy of Modern Art in Tielt, and maintained this position until 1997.
Christine’s first solo exhibition in 1988 was a sell-out, and she has since exhibited in Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Venezuela, Columbia, Russia, the United States. and France.
She has had three books of her work published and has won a number of awards. She is now undoubtedly, one of Europe’s most successful and respected figurative artist with her originals in great demand, many of which sell at prices well in excess of Eur 20,000.
